Applicants should be South African citizens with a completed Degree/Diploma in Business Management or Office AdministrationMain or equivalent. Applicants should ideally be graduates who have never participated in any internship programme in the past.The purpose of the job is to work in close coordination with the senior management / directorial staff to provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
– Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
– Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
– Organising and maintaining diaries and organising appointments;
– Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, corresponding on behalf of the manager when required;
– Taking minutes in meetings
– Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
– Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
– Organising and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings;
– Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
– Deputising for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence;
– Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
– Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
– Carrying out specific projects and research;
– Responsibility for accounts and budgets;
– Taking on some of the manager’s responsibilities and working more closely with management;
– Being involved in decision-making processes.
– Managing of the quality of the information captured for leads and sales opportunities (allocate, follow-ups and overall correctness of information represented in Sales systems)
– Research on customers, competitors and partners
Requirements:
– You must be a South African citizen.
– Have completed a Diploma in Business Management or Office Administration or equivalent
– Application forms must be completed in full and copies of academic records must be included;
– Not have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme;
– Have no work experience in the field of study;
– A recent graduate (2014-2018);
– Considered a youth (18-27 years);
– Verified qualification certificate and no criminal record;
– Effective communication in English (written and verbal);
– Computer literacy (MS Office – basic Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
– Prepared to undergo psychometric assessments.
Qualifications:

– Basic understanding of IT terminologies
