What you will do?
To ensure the coordination of the Experienced Hires recruitment process. The role is focused on ensuring that candidates, Business Representatives and Talent Advisors are in the right place at the right time, with the right information and necessary material.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Diploma (1 year)

Diploma (3 years)
Key Performance Areas:
- Clear understanding of all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure appropriate level of communication
- Responsible for the effective scheduling of all candidate interactions with the firm. This includes:
o Talent Advisor interviews
o Business interviews
o Case Studies
o Psychometrics
- Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to the recruitment process
- Takes responsibility and accountability for integrity of system data in their part of the process
- Responsible for the timely coordination of all background and legal checks
- Takes ownership of ensuring top class service during every interaction with candidates. This includes:
o When candidates are present at all Deloitte interactions
o Preparation and presentation of interview packs
o Preparation and presentation of case study material
- Ensures that all stakeholders experience an overwhelming sense of attention and professionalism with each interaction – create a feeling of engagement and connection!
- Effectively manages resolution of queries related to their function
Recruitment
- Source, screen and shortlist CV’s using Taleo, Career Junction and LinkedIn etc.
- Conduct first line telephonic screening interviews with potential applicants
- Schedule and confirm interviews for potential candidates and line management
- Attend interviews with Talent advisor
- Document all correspondence with potential candidates
- Ensure all documentation with regards to successful applicants are completed as per company policies and requirements
- Coordinate all communication for new employee(s) before start date
- Prepare and update the recruitment shared folder with relevant applicant information and documentation as required by Recruitment policy and EE requirements
- Screening and supporting with Grad assessment
