What you will do:
Under the supervision of the Director, you will assist in providing support to the team in all aspects of recruitment.
- The job of a recruiter it to be the intermediary between our clients (the companies we work for) and candidates (individuals looking for employment)
- Consultants need to match what the clients are looking for (qualifications, experience, personalities) with what candidates are looking for (stable companies, growth, remuneration, environment) in the shortest possible time
- Consultants need to develop strong and trustworthy relationships with both clients and candidates
Requirements:
- B.Com or Human Resources related degree
- Excellent communication skills – you will be required to communicate with clients, candidates and team members almost every minute of the day
- Self-drive and determination
- Resilience and “bounce-back-ability” – the capacity to recover quickly from a setback as disappointment and rejection are also part of our job
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Managing extensive “to-do” lists
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sales skills
Over and above these requiremens, we are looking for someone with a hunger to learn and succeed. You will be required to demonstrate this.
