University of the Free State Internship Application Details 2022/2023
Interested applicants can apply for the University of the Free State Internship 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to sex, race, color, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, disability, or other protected status. University of the Free State currently has 2 internship positions open for applications. Candidates must be unemployed graduates in possession of a completed degree/diploma and not currently participating in any existing learnership/internship programme. The internship will run for a period of 12 months.
The purpose of the internship programme is to offer graduates (diploma/degree) with no relevant work experience the opportunity to obtain practical workplace exposure and experience.
Responsibilities:
– Perform administrative work, such as typing and filling of documents.
– Trace information of internal traffic fines.
– Issue vehicle access disc to staff, student contractors and visitors.
– Handle cash over the counter and banking.
– Capture information into the system.
– Liaise with finance department regarding payments of traffic fines
Requirements:
Must be Unemployed
Must have a completed relevant qualification
Qualifications:
A relevant bachelor’s degree.
Competencies:
– Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
– Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work within a team.
