TUDARCO Graduation 2024, List of Graduands, Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College has released the 2024 Graduation Ceremony Programmes of Events, date, time, venue, and graduation gown collection process.
The Provost of Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (TUDARCo) wishes to invite all graduands, stakeholders, and the general public to the 14th Graduation Ceremony that will be held on Saturday, 21st November 2024 from 8:30 am at TUDARCo grounds in Mwenge along Coca Cola Road in Dar es Salaam.
All graduands wishing to participate in the aforesaid ceremony are hereby requested to observe the following:
1. Confirm participation from 10th -17th November, 2024 before 06.00 pm through
- i. Your OSIM account
- ii. Mobile: 0786929760, 0786929770, and 0736929770 or
- iii. Admissions office
• Note that only those who confirmed their participation will be considered for hiring graduation gowns.
• Confirmation through calls should be done between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm during working days.
2. Graduates who wish to hire graduation gowns will sign an Agreement Form and pay a nonrefundable fee of TZS 50,000/=. The Agreement Form can be collected from the Admissions Office. Make sure that the form is signed and stamped by the Commissioner for Oaths. Payment should be made to Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College through Maendeleo Bank Account number 013828266011, CRDB bank account No. 01J1021002200 or NBC Bank account No. 011103030931.
3. Graduation Gowns will be collected from 17th – 19th, November 2024 at the Second Floor of the Tower Building. Gowns should be returned from Monday 23rd November to Wednesday 25th November, 2024. Those who wish to return the gowns early (soon after the graduation ceremony) must return them in the same room used during collection. A daily penalty of TZS. 10, 000/= will be charged against those who fail to return the gowns by the set deadline.
4. There will be a Thanksgiving Mass/Service on Friday 20th November 2024 at 8.30 am at TUDARCo followed by a compulsory Convocation and prize-giving ceremony thereafter. All graduates, alumni, as well as best-performer students, are expected to attend.
5. The Graduation Rehearsal will be held at the College (TUDARCo) grounds on Friday 20th November 2024 at 3.00 pm. Those who will not participate in the Rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
6. All graduates are expected to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
7. Strictly note that graduates who will arrive after the commencement of the graduation ceremony or who will not comply with the TUDARCo dress code will not be allowed to participate in the event.
