Time and Labour Consultants (TLC) are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join their Team as an intern. The position is based in Strandfontein Western Cape. This is a great opportunity for a young graduate to gain practical work experience in their field of study to help kick-start their career. The successful candidate will be given an opportunity to learn and work under the supervision of well trained professionals.
Beginning as a payroll trade company, TLC has successfully grown into a fully functional Human Resource service provider focussed on the unique local marketplace. With a strong background and familiarity with the field, as well as highly qualified trained staff, TLC is fully capable of accommodating and representing the needs of the South African people.
Responsibilities:
– Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
– Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and Enters data into computer system
– Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
– Processing of payroll
– Investigates questionable data.
– Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
– Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
– Check, verify and process invoices
– Maintain files
Requirements:
– Must have Matric
– Must have a completed Diploma in Accounting
Qualifications:
– Matric/Grade 12
– Diploma in Accounting
Competencies:
– Computer literacy (Excel, Pastel)
– Positive attitude
– Must be able to work accurately under pressure
– Must be self-disciplined and motivated
– Must be a TEAM player
– Excellent communication skills, in writing and verbally
