The management of the Tengeru Institute of Community Development (TICD) invites applications from suitably qualified applicants for admissions into TICD Undergraduate, Bachelor Degree, Ordinary Diploma, Certificate, Short Courses, and other programmes for the 2023/2024 academic year.
TICD Undergraduate admission application form 2023/2024 is open to all interested applicants irrespective of colour, race, ethnic identity, religion, gender or national origin, provided they qualify for the programme for which they have applied.
Both Tanzanian and non-Tanzanian interested applicants can apply for the Tengeru Institute of Community Development Undergraduate Admission 2023/2024 as Government Sponsored or Private candidates provided he/she met the minimum requirements for the specific program.

The Application is made through filling the application form online at the Tengeru Institute of Community Development (TICD) admission portal.
Note – Once the Tengeru Institute of Community Development Undergraduate Admission Application Form Portal is closed, new applications will not be submitted. So register now while the TICD Undergraduate form 2023/2024 is on.
The Rector, Tengeru Institute of Community Development (TICD) invites suitably qualified candidates for admission into various programmes for the academic year 2023/2024.
Applicants are required to apply online through this portal and follow instructions given to complete their applications. Payment can be done via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa and Airtel Money) or directly into TICD bank account – after getting control number.
