Requirements
- Completed Diploma / NQF Level 6 Pharmacy Technician (Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant or equivalent) qualification from a University of Technology or recognised tertiary institution
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Business English
- Appropriate MS Office Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Deliveries, receipt, storage
- Assist with the checking of stock receipt
- Assist with sorting of the stock
- Assistance with inventory of the dispensary and individual studies
- Assist with receipt of IMP and maintaining all documentation as per Sponsor guidelines and local regulations
- Assist with correct storage of IMP on each study
- Assist with maintaining temperature logs
Returns
- Assist with counting IP returns
- Assist with preparing stock returns for monitor visits
Admin and other duties
- Assist with collating files, deliver IP medicine to SSC’s during busy times
- Assist with filing and sorting documentation
- Maintain documentation on the processes executed where applicable
