South West Gauteng TVET College opens doors for unemployed N6 graduates through its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for 2026. This 18-month program gives you the practical experience needed to earn your National N Diploma. If you finished your N6 in fields like management or business, this could be your chance to build skills and boost your job prospects.

What Is the WIL Programme?

South West Gauteng TVET College partners with SETAs such as MICT SETA, W&R SETA, and FoodBev SETA to offer WIL spots. The program runs for 18 months and starts around 1 June 2026 at the Florida Campus in Roodepoort, Gauteng. You will receive a monthly stipend of R3 500 while gaining real-world work experience.

Who Can Apply? Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must meet these basics:

  • Hold an N6 qualification in one of the listed fields.
  • Need exactly 18 months of WIL to get your National N Diploma.
  • Be unemployed and free for the full program duration.
  • Have a letter from a host employer if you already arranged one.

The college looks for South African graduates ready to commit.

Documents You Need to Submit

Prepare certified copies of these items for a complete application:

  • Your full CV.
  • Matric Certificate or NC(V) Level 4 Certificate.
  • ID document.
  • College letter confirming your need for 18 months WIL.
  • Proof of residence.
  • Bank confirmation letter.
  • Affidavit stating you are not in any other SETA-funded program.
  • SARS registration letter.
  • N4 to N6 certificates.

Make sure all copies are clearly certified, or your application may get rejected.

Key Notes Before You Apply
