SHL Internship Application Details 2022/2023
Interested applicants can apply for the SHL Internship 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.

We are offering a 12-month internship to suitably qualified and unemployed graduates in the fields mentioned below. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to be part of a company distinguished by its insights and to have access to SHL’s ground-breaking research, tools, and solutions. The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:
Industrial Psychologist Intern
- Masters degree in Industrial Psychology (you will need to have completed your M1/Module component of your Masters and meet the requirements to register as an intern psychologist with the HPCSA)
HR / Human Resource Intern
- Grade 12 and currently studying towards an HR qualification
- A degree in HR / Industrial Psychology would be advantageous
Customer Experience Intern
- Grade 12 qualification
- A relevant degree/diploma would be advantageous
Marketing Intern
- Grade 12 and currently studying towards a marketing qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field advantageous

- Strong customer mind-set
- Ability to adapt and respond positively to change
- Data analytics skills (highly preferred)
