PEAR Internship Application Details 2022/2023
Interested applicants can apply for the PEAR Internship 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.

The graduate intern role will offer a new graduate the unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in media monitoring and research. During the program, you will work directly with the leaders in the business. The work experience will be highlighted by learning opportunities provided by senior leadership. The internship is a six-month fixed term contract with the option to apply for a role in the business at the end of this term.
The graduate intern will be responsible for a variety of project-based and fixed activities.
Activities will include:
- Internet research
- Monitoring press releases and media advisories
- Building and maintaining media lists
- Building and maintaining company lists
- Monitoring news coverage
- Building coverage spreadsheets
- Special events
- Support the company through general office and clerical duties as and when required
- Media analysis
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects and able to work independently
- Experience working with MS Office. Advanced Excel a plus.
- Ability to assist with all aspects of the company as needed
- Own reliable transport
