  • Project management software like Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of contract forms (JBCC, GCC, NEC3/4, FIDIC)
  • Familiarity with applicable SANS standards and relevant engineering norms.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation such as POPIA, BCEA, and Employment Equity Act.

For Quantity Surveying graduates, current professional registration as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with the SACQSP is listed as advantageous but not a mandatory requirement.
