Key Responsibilities
You will be assisting the team with:
- Business Processes and Systems enhancement process:
- Identify business process and/or system gaps and/or Record process changes requested by the business.
- Full development life cycle in order to implement process and system changes.
- Create and maintain a centralised library for all business processes and systems documentation (quality management).
- Provision of detailed documentation of current processes, data and solutions (Business Analysis Documentation)
Change requests
- Assess and define requests received from users in Ackermans in relation to business processes and systems.
- Provision of solutions and support for the implementation thereof.
Incidents
- Respond to system incidents raised by the business while providing effective and timeous support to internal user on processes, systems and technology activities.
- Determine a corrective course of action and ensure that the incidents are resolved effectively and within reasonable time by Pepkor IT and/or other service
- providers.
