Your journey with TWK will start of as Trainee Branch Manager, gaining experience for a future Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager role. A minimum of 3 role rotations will be completed over 18 months. You will be supervised and mentored with frequent performance reviews.

The program provides hands-on training and through your learning journey you will gain experience within the following retail functions by means of role rotation:

Qualifications and SkillsÂ
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Relevant Degree/Diploma (advantageous)
