Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Transnet Young Professional-in-Training Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Hold a National Diploma (NQF 6) or a Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Have up to one year of relevant experience.
  • For Human Resources: National Diploma (NQF 6) or BCom Degree in Human Resources or a related qualification.
  • For Finance: National Diploma (NQF 6) or BCom qualification in Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, or a related field.
  • For Quality Management: National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree in Quality Management or a related field.
  • For Security and Forensics: National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree in Policing, Forensics, Investigations, Security Management, or a related qualification.
  • For Supply Chain Management: National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • For Business Management: National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Business Analysis, Marketing, Operations Management, or related qualifications.
