The management of the Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC) has released the minimum entry requirements and admission regulation for successful admission into the TPSC undergraduate and postgraduate (Degree, PhD, Masters, Diploma, Certificate, Short Course and Non-Degree) programmes respectively for the 2023/2024 academic year.
Interested candidates may apply to any of the Tanzania Public Service College programs (Courses) at any time and be admitted subject to fulfilling TPSC admission entry requirements for the 2023/2024 academic year.
Tanzania Public Service College as an Agency under the President’s Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance. TPSC is headed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is also the Principal. The CEO is assisted by two Deputy Principals (Academics, Research & Consultancy and Planning, Finance & Administration). TPSC has six Campuses led by Directors. The six College campuses are strategically located zonal wise in six regions, namely: Dar es Salaam, Tabora, Mtwara, Singida, Tanga and Mbeya.

All requisite information and guidelines to take the applicant through the application stages are provided in the Instructions tab. Applicants are reminded to register their names as they appear in their “O” & “A” level certificates; and their index numbers where prompted.
All Direct applicants with Foreign Certificates should first present their certificates to the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) for verification. They will in turn be given letters showing NECTA equivalent grades, copies of which should also be uploaded together with other certificates. Further information on NECTA verification can be obtained from www.necta.go.tz.
Equivalent applicants are advised to obtain an Award Verification Number (AVN) from National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) which will be required when applying through the system. For further information about NACTE verification process please consult them at www.nacte.go.tz.
