SantacoNW Learnerships Programme Application 2027
Interested applicants can apply for the SantacoNW Learnership 2027 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.
SantacoNW Taxi Council: We are looking for young people aged 21 – 35 who are interested in an Education, Training & Development (ETDP) career. Previous working experience (in training or HR) will be a recommendation. A post-matric qualification will be beneficial. The Learnership involves full-time training and work at a taxi association in the Mafikeng region.
The learnership culminates in a N.C. OD-ETDP (National Certificate in Occupationally directed Education, Training and Development).
Learners must have excellent English reading, writing and verbal skills. A monthly stipend will be paid of R1,500 per month. A one year contract will be entered into with the learners.
