This is an internship for an unemployed graduate who requires work experience to become more marketable. This is a 12-month contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the financial services industry.
The individual will be exposed to training and office administration whilst being part of an administrative team at Sanlam Life and Savings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to the recruitment team
- Co-ordinate meetings
- Assist with adhoc requests
- Assisting with candidate sourcing
- Consolidate and provide relevant reports
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Business-related Diploma or Degree (Human Resources / Industrial or Organizational Psychology preferred)
- Preferably no or very limited previous working experience
- Should currently be unemployed
