Rand Mutual Assurance invites graduates to apply for our Graduates Programme for 2022, based at our Parktown Johannesburg Offices. We are looking for a graduates with no work experience.

Our graduate programme aims to provide opportunities for qualifying candidates to gain skills, knowledge, and work experience, whilst at the same time, positioning the successful incumbents for active and meaningful participation in the labour market.

The duration of this programme is 12 months and commences in January 2022 where successful applicants will participate in a personalized learning journey during this period.
