WeKnow Consultants is looking for an office administrator intern for 6months. The candidate is to provide a variety of office duties and provide personal secretarial support to the CEO. The candidate is required to work only 2-3 days a week and must be available on those days.

Responsibilities:
Review, track and prepare budgets; maintain records and databases.
Source tenders and assist in completing tender documents
Purchase and manage supplies and equipment.
Coordinate office and/or departmental operations
Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO
Handling and managing service providers and suppliers
Research, compile and prepare administrative and clerical reports, presentations and documents using MS Word, Powerpoint or Excel
Handle general office typing
Proof read written correspondence for errors or omissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, neatness and professionalism
Any other adhoc duties.
Requirements:
Post Matric Qualification in Office Management and/or Secretarial administration
1-2 years’ experience in an administrator environment
Must be willing to learn
Highly professional, presentable and well spoken
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Must have drivers licence and/or own transport
Must be based in Johannesburg.

Post Matric Qualification in Office Management and/or Secretarial administration
