UNDERGRADUATE
We congratulate all candidates who are selected into various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for the year 2023/2024. We wish to welcome you at Mzumbe University in all our three campuses (Morogoro, Mbeya and Dar es Salaam). Please take note of the following key aspects that will help you in your registration process;
- Registration will be for only one week while studies will commence the week after.
- Re-check your admission letter and joining instructions in your admission account to confirm the opening date
- Visit you admission account regularly and make sure you are in the list of admitted students. No student who will be registered if is not in the list of admitted students.
- Attendance in orientation week is mandatory for all newly admitted students.
- For all selected candidates, payment of tuition fee and other incidental costs (as per your joining instructions) must be made using payment control number that will be accessible through your admission account. Payment control numbers will be updated in your accounts upon closure of the application and selection for admission process.
- You must download your admission letter and joining instructions and you will be required to appear with those documents during registration. Login into ADMISSION using your username and password you created during application. In case you have forgotten username and password call these numbers +255786-570859 or +255755036281 .
- Make sure you fill all the required forms in your joining instructions together with registration forms that will be available at SARIS (you will use your form four index number and surname in small letters to login).

- All issues of transfer from one campus to another or one programme to another will only be determined upon completion of registration. Request for transfer is subject to approval. No student should make self-transfer without an approval of relevant authority (The Deputy Vice-Chancellor-Academic).

The Mzumbe University invites applications from qualified Tanzanians and non-Tanzanians for admission into diploma and certificate programmes offered by the University for the academic year 2023/2024.
Mzumbe University offers 7 Diploma and 9 Certificate Programmes for the academic year. All Diploma Programmes are offered at Mbeya Campus College except for Diploma in Applied Statistics (DAS) and Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) which are offered at the Main Campus-Morogoro. All Certificate Programmes are offered at the Main Campus-Morogoro except for Certificate in Accountancy (CA) and Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) which are offered at Mbeya Campus College.
Any programme with the code starting with MU is offered at Mzumbe University – Main Campus while a programme with the code MMB is offered at Mzumbe University – Mbeya Campus College.
Graduate
The Directorate of Research, Publications and Postgraduate Studies (DRPS), Mzumbe University invites applications for admission to the postgraduate programmes (Masters and Doctoral degree Programmes) for the 2023/2024 academic year from qualified candidates.
A: MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAMMES
Masters degree programmes are offered at three campuses: the Main Campus (Mzumbe, Morogoro), Dar es Salaam Campus (at Upanga, Dar es Salaam City) and Mbeya Campus (at Forest, Mbeya City). All programmes offered at Mzumbe Main Campus are fulltime, day sessions mode and residential but due to limited accommodation, some successful applicants may be required to seek for alternative accommodation off campus. The Dar es Salaam Campus offers day, evening, and executive mode classes, while the executive mode is for MBA and MPA programmes only. Mbeya Campus offers evening mode classes only. Both Mzumbe Dar Es Salaam and Mbeya Campuses do not have accommodation arrangements for the students, they are non-residential.
