Motus IT department has an opportunity for a professional IT Intern to Monitor and respond to requests raised with the Helpdesk, provide remote support and respond to any queries in a timely manner. Ensure tickets are completed in accordance with the appropriate Service Level.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Desktop support, Installing windows, Microsoft updates, Internet troubleshooting, cabling work, telephony, printer setups, scans, etc (Win7 & Win10).
- Creation and setup of new users
- Daily system health checks of Server rooms – Servers, network equipment, aircons, etc.
- Support IT Manager with projects when required.
- Monitor and respond to requests raised with the Helpdesk, provide remote support and respond to any queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure tickets are completed in accordance with the appropriate Service Level Agreement

- Matric
- Computer advanced technology (CAT)
- Drivers licence
- Desktop support
- Domain knowledge
- Network knowledge
- Basic computer skills (excel, outlook)
