Alternatively, a SETA quality-assured technical trade theory qualification equivalent to NQF Level 3, a relevant NC(V) Engineering Certificate, Technical Grade 11, or a relevant N6 Certificate or National Technical Diploma.
- Plumbing: Similar technical or engineering academic requirements through an accepted N2, SETA NQF Level 3, NC(V), Technical Grade 11, N6, or National Technical Diploma pathway.
- Bricklaying: Applicable technical entry requirements through MISA’s recognised engineering or technical study pathways.
- Motor Mechanic: Technical Grade 12 with Mathematics, a full N2 Engineering qualification with relevant trade theory, or N3 Engineering with specified subjects and Motor or Diesel trade theory.
- Diesel Mechanic: Technical Grade 12 with Mathematics, full N2 Engineering with relevant trade theory, or N3 Engineering with Engineering Science, Industrial Electronics, Mathematics, and Diesel Mechanic Trade Theory.
For Experiential Learnerships:
