The management of the Kampala International University in Tanzania (KIUT) invites applications from suitably qualified applicants for admissions into KIUT Undergraduate, Bachelor Degree, Ordinary Diploma, Certificate, Short Courses, and other programmes for the 2023/2024 academic year.
KIUT Undergraduate admission application form 2023/2024 is open to all interested applicants irrespective of colour, race, ethnic identity, religion, gender or national origin, provided they qualify for the programme for which they have applied.
Both Tanzanian and non-Tanzanian interested applicants can apply for the Kampala International University in Tanzania Undergraduate Admission 2023/2024 as Government Sponsored or Private candidates provided he/she met the minimum requirements for the specific program.

The University offers THREE years programs leading to:
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- Bachelor of Laws
- Bachelor of Public Administration
- Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance and Banking)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Commerce)
- Bachelor of Arts in Education (Kiswahili and English) (English and Kiswahili)
D.1 Eligible applicants for Bachelor degree programs are required to apply through KIUT Online Platform, on which the modality and procedures for application will be accessible.

D.2 You are advised to choose the program that you prefer since no change of program will be entertained once the admission has been offered.
D.3 All eligible applicants for Bachelor Degree programs who studied at KIUT applying for readmission at different levels are required to apply through the online admission system.
D.4 It should be noted that your application will be processed only if the following documents are attached:
(i) A colored passport size personal photograph taken within the last three months.

How to Apply for KIUT Undergraduate Admission 2023/2024.
The Application is made through filling the application form online at the Kampala International University in Tanzania (KIUT) admission portal.
1. Application Procedures
Read the admission criteria here https://kiut.ac.tz/bachelor-programmes/ and verify that you are qualified for application.
2. Prepare the following documents and details to continue to step two:
For Applicants with ACSEE –
- Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within the last 2 months
- Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
- You will use your form IV Index number and Form VI Index number for verifications of your education details
- You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.
For Applicants with Foreign Certificate (ACSEE Equivalent) Certificate –
- Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within the last 2 months
- Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
- Prepare a Scanned Education Certificate and a scanned ACSEE Equivalent Certificate
- You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.
For Applicants with Ordinary Diploma/ Equivalent to Ordinary Diploma (FTC & Others)
- Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within the last 2 months
- Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
- Applicant Verification Number (AVN) from NACTE Awards Verification System.
- You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.
Note – Once the Kampala International University in Tanzania Undergraduate Admission Application Form Portal is closed, new applications will not be submitted. So register now while the KIUT Undergraduate form 2023/2024 is on sale.
