Responsibilities:
As an HR intern, you will get involved in a broad spectrum of HR tasks, from:
- Recruitment and selection
- HR administration
- Policy review and development
- Staff engagement matters
- Roll-out of talent management processes- dealing with staff performance and potential measurement.
- Training and development
Requirements:
- An Honours Degree in human resources management, with a superior academic record.
- Your degree should have a leaning towards commercial subjects.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with Word, Excel and Powerpoint at a minimum of an intermediate level.
- You need to be digitally savvy
- You need to have a strong interest in the world of finance and commerce.
