GetSmarter, premium providers of continuing education, is looking for Interns to experience being part of our team of over 450 in-house rockstar employees and 180 industry experts who have successfully changed the lives of over 50,000 customers to date.
This internship comes with the opportunity to learn and gain knowledge of GetSmarter through Front Desk or Talent duties and work experience in our Business Systems department. This is a 6 months full-time paid internship.

Key responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of “front of house” for GetSmarter.
- Answer calls at the switchboard and transfer them to the relevant team members.
- Spend 60% of your time in the Business Systems department gaining relevant hands-on job experience
Job requirements
- Must be articulate, professional and have a good command of both spoken and written English
- A tertiary degree or qualification/Final year student
- Must be extremely computer literate
