The role will give you exposure to many different areas of technology and business from process automation, telephony, web development, system integration and cloud based telecommunications.
You will be working with a high performance team that takes part in large and small-scale projects and provides excellent customer experience across various industries as diverse as finance, logistics, motoring and insurance.
Primary Duties
- Complete intensive 1 month theoretical Training Programme with weekly assessments: Technical and Developer Foundation.
- Month 2 – 6 will be hands on technical training
- Assist in handling low level support tickets
- Assist with creating internal process and changes via object based programming software
- Create Microsoft Visio flows of internal processes
- ·Create Word documentation detailing process specifications and Training Guides
- Create Online Learning Modules as required
- Create Knowledge Base Articles
- Create Procedural Documents
- Create and update MS CRM Cases
- Shadowing the Senior Engineer and learning about the overall ICT Engineer Processes and required skills
- Receiving regular coaching and feedback on performance and progress
- Assisting the Team with any other Ad-hoc tasks
Skills and Interests Required
- Strong written communication skills
- High Learning Agility is critical eg. High research and analytical skills
- Spelling, Grammar, Formatting skills are critical
- Strong Presentation and Verbal Communication Skills
- A keen ability to ask questions, engage with people and work in a team
