Are you a recent graduate and have a passion for working with people? Have you always wondered how customers experience a service after an online purchase? We are looking for 3 Graduates to take on a journey of customer care training. The Graduates will get an opportunity to work in a fast paced contact centre where they will be assisting customers with eCommerce queries and more. The program will last for 12 months and requires that you possess a Diploma or Degree with at least an NQF level 5.
