The College of Business Education (CBE) admission application portal is opened for prospective Undergraduate, Diploma, Postgraduate, Certificate, Masters, and P.h.D. programs students irrespective of color, race, ethnic identity, religion, gender, or national origin provided he/she has met the entry requirements.

New Applicant

1. 1. If you are a new applicant use the “New Applicant” or “Register” link to begin application process. Then follow the steps to complete your appliction.

If you already have an account

1. Enter your form four Index Number (username) and Password to login.
2. After successful login to your accout, you will receive a Control Number (That’s begins with 99) displayed on your screen.
3. After successful paying the application fee, complete the Application form and submit.
4. The Application Fee is 10,000 TZS. The fee is Non-Refundable.
5. After getting the Control Number :
   • • Payments can also be done through Mobile Money (Tigo-Pesa, M-pesa, and Airtel Money) through the following steps:

   Tigo Pesa

   • • Dial * 150 * 01 #
     • Select the number (4) “Pay Bills”
     • Select (5) “Government Payments”
     • Enter the payment reference number ( Control number )
     • Enter the amount you want to pay (10,000 TZS – Only Sh10,000)
     • Enter the password to verify

   M-Pesa

   • • Dial * 150 * 00 #
     • Select the number (4) “Pay with M-Pesa”
     • Select (5) “Government payments”
     • Select number 1 Payment number
     • Enter the payment reference number ( Control number )
     • Enter the amount you want to pay (10,000 TZS – Only ten thousand shillings)
     • Enter the password
     • Verify by choosing (1)

   Airtel Money

   • • Dial * 150 * 60 #
     • Select the number (4) “Pay Bills”
     • Select (5) “Government Payments”
     • Select number 1 “Set reference number”
     • Enter the payment reference number ( Control number )
     • Enter the amount of money (10,000 TZS – Only ten thousand shillings)
     • Enter the password.

   T-Money

   • • Dial * 150 * 71 #
     • Select number (5) “Pay Your Bills”
     • Select (3) “Government Payments”
     • Enter reference number ( control number )
     • Enter the amount (10,000 TZS – Only ten thousand shillings)
     • Enter the password.

   Halopesa

   • • Dial * 150 * 88 #
     • Choose the number (5) to pay the bill
     • Select (5) government payments
     • Enter the payment reference number ( Control number )
     • Enter the amount of money (10,000 TZS – Only ten thousand shillings)
     • Enter a password.

   Ezypesa

   • • Dial * 150 * 02 #
     • Select the number (8) state payment
     • Select (1) Mainland Tanzania
     • Enter the payment reference number ( Control number )
     • Enter the amount of money (10,000 TZS – Only ten thousand shillings)
     • Enter a password.

   Through Direct Bank Deposit:

   Payment can also be made by depositing money in GePG affiliated banks, for example: NMB / CRDB / TPB / NBC / PBZ / DTB / EXIM / TIB / STANBIC, DCB and BoT through bank branches, Bank agents and other payment methods provided by the Bank. Use the Payment Reference Number provided to you when making a Payment.

   Via Money Transfer (TISS / SWIFT):

    

   Payment can be made by transferring funds from one bank to another bank within Tanzania (TISS) or outside Tanzania (SWIFT), when completing the transfer form the following factors must be considered;

   • • • The service provider should prepare a special bill (Transfer Bill) for customers who pay through cash transfer (TISS / SWIFT) based on the model form (“Appendix number 2”)
       • Section 59 (Field 59) on the money transfer form (MT103) to be filled in the Beneficiary Account
       • Item 70 (Field 70) on the money transfer form (MT103) should be filled in with the Payment Control Number and be completed by preceding the word “ROC” i.e.; / ROC / 99XXXXXXXXXX.
       • The Client / Payer should be provided with the Printed Transfer Form / Bill and submit it to the bank he or she will use to transfer the money and will not be required to refill the form.
6. If you forget the Control Number you may Login and Click on the Payment link and check it.
7. Remember to Login to check your Application Status.

REMEMBER:

Your Form Four Index Number and any other used Certificates should be VALID as they will be verified before you are admitted.

INVALID NUMBER WILL LEAD TO REJECTION OF YOUR APPLICATION
