Responsibilities:
Training will be provided for and assistance needed with the following:
- General administrative support tasks
- Social media posting
- Unifying company-related documents to meet the corporate identity specifications
- Transcribing of minutes, interviews and recordings of events
- Media monitoring
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, publications and correspondence
- Planning for inhouse and corporate events
- Communicating with suppliers and service providers during event preparation
- Preparation and ordering of branded material
- Management of company’s digital media library
- Compiling event budgets, evaluations & reports
- Participating in team meetings and providing detailed feedback on tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in one of these fields:
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Media Studies
- Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Computer literate, familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, and open to learning to work with new software and applications
- Ability to communicate effectively (in writing and verbally)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
