Technical work responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of administrative section of the HSD
- Facilitating signing of the Authority to Engage form & associated documents
- Be involved in the full employee life cycle process including, on boarding and off boarding
- Receiving recruitment pack and ensuring all necessary documents are on the pack
- Submitting complete recruitment pack to Recruitment /HR Administration team
- Liaise with employees obtain documents & relevant information
- Preparing of documents for submission to Payroll/Recruitment Department
- Manage the HSD Induction logistic arrangements; Collate and send induction list to Induction coordinator
- Draw out various reports from HR Information System
- Co-ordinate training intervention initiatives
- Assisting with meetings, seminars and conference and events preparation, minute keeping, typing and distribution of minutes
- Booking venues for interviews & other meetings
- Filing, taking minutes, preparing for meetings and interviews, etc.
Qualification / Professional Membership
- Grade 12 or Equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Final year of undergraduate Human Resource Qualification
