Ascend Academy, a tech institution feeding the demand for software engineering skills in South Africa, recently launched a 12-month paid graduate programme, designed to place software developers in one of SA’s top financial institutions, offering them an opportunity to develop their skills and expand their world.
The Academy is looking for recent graduates with one to two years’ experience in software development in a tech start-up, or students completing the final year of their qualification.
The successful applicants will get the chance to explore a career in finance, gain valuable work experience and meet others on the same career track. The 2019 intake kicks off on 1 February 2019, with interviews being held at the end of November this year in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
