Minimum Requirements

You need a Grade 12 certificate with at least 40% in Maths or Maths Literacy, English, and another language. Be a South African citizen between 18 and 35 years old. Stay unemployed, not in school or another learnership, and have no criminal record or bad credit.

A driver’s license or extra sales training helps your application.

Skills and Competencies

Strong communication and people skills matter most. Show customer focus, detail awareness, and calm under pressure. Team players do best in this role.

Programme Details

The learnership lasts 12 months and needs 120 credits. It fits the sales, marketing, and retail fields. Work happens six days a week in Upington, Northern Cape.
