About the Learnership Programme

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle several tasks each day. Perform operations on the production line and clean as needed. Do pre-start checks to ensure safety and equipment readiness. Watch product and packaging quality, spot faults, and fix them. Clean and maintain machinery, prepare raw materials, follow safety rules, support efficient operations, and finish all assessments and logbooks.

Minimum Requirements

You need a Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science to qualify. Or hold an N2, N3, or N4 Engineering qualification. These basics prepare you for the technical side of the job.
