Ubuntu Institute Internship Application Details 2022/2023

Interested applicants can apply for the Ubuntu Institute Internship 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to sex, race, color, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, disability, or other protected status.

Ubuntu Institute invites interested and eligible applicants to apply for a paid SETA internship programme for unemployed HET graduates. The internship programme will run for a 12-month period at selected employers following work readiness training.

Locations: Preference will be given to residents of:

  • Nongoma (KZN),
  • Matsamo (MP),
  • Welkom and Zastron (FS),
  • Aliwal North, Queenstown, Sterkspruit (EC)
  • and their respective surrounding areas.

Minimum Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6 and above qualification
  • Must be aged between 18—35 years of age
  •  Applicants must have NO Criminal Record;
  • Be Currently Unemployed;
  • Be From A Previously Disadvantaged Background
  • Be Available to work for a 12-month period
