Total Energies: Learnership Programme 2021 / 2026
A 12-month learnership opportunity for youth with matric. Learner will be placed at the Cape Town Depot within the Logistics and Transport department and will gain practical experience in Logistics and multi-functional administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Must be less than 25 years of age
- Must have 0 or less than 1 year years experience
- Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, in line with TotalEnergies Employment Equity plan
Competencies:
- Negotiation skills
- Research skills
- Report writing skills (MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
- Must have 0 or less than 1 year years experience

I am applying for the TotalEnergies Learnership Programme. This is my first time applying for a learnership, and I am eager to gain practical workplace experience within the Logistics and Transport department.
I have successfully completed Grade 12, am under 25 years of age, and have no prior work experience, which makes me highly motivated to learn and develop new skills. I am interested in logistics and administrative functions and am eager to gain hands-on exposure in a professional environment.
I possess good communication, research, and report-writing skills, with basic knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint. I am willing to learn, work well in a team, and contribute positively to the organisation during the 12-month learnership.
