Siemens Office Administrator Learnership Application Details 2026
About the Programme:
- The learner will be given an initial 18-month learnership contract that will provide valuable workplace experience while studying part-time.
- Learners completing the initial requirements of the learnership may be given further opportunity to continue with follow-up qualifications.
- You will be required to perform a range of standardised administrative tasks with close supervisory guidance in support of the function in which you are placed.
- Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) preparing presentation materials, calendar management, travel arrangements, creating reports, copying, reviewing outside mail, drafting correspondence, screening phone calls and maintaining an easily accessible filing system.
- You may be required to support special projects on simple operational tasks (as required).
Requirements:
- Between the ages of 18 and 24 years old
- Must have completed Grade 12 / Matric certification with English (first language) and Accounting with a 65% aggregate for both subjects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and have an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- High level of honesty, integrity and being a team player.
- Ability to learn quickly, to respond/react quickly to changing priorities and to be dedicated to the completion of required tasks.
- Learners will be required to work on-site at Siemens Park, Midrand, when not attending class.
