  • Organise all business arrangements and visitors programmes e.g. meetings, travel, functions, lunch and refreshments, flights, accommodation, etc. and provide a reception point for guests /clients.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
