Rand Water Bursary programme:
Rand Water invites undergraduate students who are interested in joining the Water Sector to apply for 2019 External Bursary Scheme in the fields listed below:
- BSc Environmental Management (Environmental Rehabilitation): 2nd year
- BCom Informatics or Information System: 3rd year
- BSc Computer Science: 3rd year
- BA Records & Archival Management or Information Science: 3rd year
- BCom or National Diploma in Internal Audit: 2nd year
- National Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management 3rd year
- National Diploma in Professional Cookery: 2nd or 3rd year
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizens.
- Previously disadvantaged individuals (ACI).
- Have passed Matric or equivalent and currently studying within one of the aforementioned fields of study.
- Meet minimum average of 65 % AND academic performance in major subjects in field of study.
- Not in possession of other bursary funding.
- Applicants must be under the age of 35.
- Registered at recognized tertiary educational institution (i.e. University, University of Technology).
Primary Duties
As a bursar, you are expected to complete your qualification on record time, in line with your bursary contract/agreement.
