Programme Overview

The One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026 targets previously disadvantaged individuals, especially youth and women. It provides a clear path into the real estate industry through hands-on training. Over 12 months, participants gain skills to work as Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs).

Qualification and Certification

Participants will earn a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate at NQF Level 4. The program also prepares them for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4). These credentials open doors to jobs in property sales, rentals, and management.

Key Learnership Details

The learnership lasts 12 months. Learners receive a monthly stipend of R5 500 to help cover basic needs during training. All activities take place in Mpumalanga, South Africa.

To qualify, you need a matric certificate or equivalent. You must be a previously disadvantaged individual (PDI), and youth and women are encouraged to apply. Proof of residence in Mpumalanga is required, and it will be checked.
