Eligibility Criteria

To apply, meet these rules:

  • Hold South African citizenship.
  • Score at least 80% in Mathematics.
  • Get 60% in English Home Language or 70% in English First Additional Language.
  • Achieve 70% in all other subjects.
  • Gain acceptance or apply to one of the listed universities.
  • Show commitment to becoming an actuary.
  • Agree to work for Old Mutual after graduation.

Application Process

  2. Download and fill out the bursary motivation form.
  3. Send a one-page CV.
  4. Complete a gamified assessment.
  5. If selected, take psychometric tests.
