This is to inform the general public especially prospective students that the official deadline for the University of Free State online admission application 2025 intake has been announced.

University of Free State application closing date 2025 is the scheduled deadline for each program offered at the college to close their entry application. It’s advisable that candidates should submit their applications early and attached the required documents.

University of Free State Online Application Steps 2025

An application must be made via the application forms (obtainable from the School Office or from the website).

Step 1: Get your application form either online and/or offline

Step 2: Complete the application form by supplying your full details as required

Step 3: Attach all supporting documents

All applicants starting a new qualification are required to upload the following certified documents:

•  Certificates/Qualifications
•  Recent Academic results
•  A valid study permit (Foreign national students)
•  The South African Qualification Authority’s (SAQA)
•  Evaluation Certificate (foreign qualifications)

Step 4: Submit your application

A confirmation email will be sent to you with all the application information.

As a new/current student, you can access the UFS Online Application Portal with your mobile phone or computer which shows you the detailed steps on how to register online.
