Purpose of the Position:

Internship – Programming. To learn and perform all macro scheduling and EPG requirements, including inserting images onto EPG and VOD.

Key Performance Objectives

Operational delivery

  • Ensure utilization of all business systems.
  • Ensure and maintain EPG scheduling standards across SuperSport channels.
  • Inserting of imagery onto EPG.
  • Ensure that all relevant and current information is scheduled and kept up to date at all times on all SA, Rest of Africa and Nigerian channels including Maximo.
  • Ensure that all sport is scheduled as per rights agreements and in in the respective territories.
  • Execute programme changes and ensure all stakeholders are timeously informed.
  • Update and maintain accurate series linking across allocated channels.
  • Source and edit relevant programme information into required formats.
  • Manage relationships with channels.

Qualification:

  • A Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification

Qualification Preferred:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Sport Management.
  • Graphic Design knowledge is advantageous.
  • Degree or diploma in journalism or communications.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year media experience
