JD Home Stores (W&R SETA Funded) Learnership Application Details 2026
JD Group (Bradlows, Russells, Rochester and Sleepmasters) invites people who are interested in applying for a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership.
We are looking for young, vibrant and passionate individuals to participate in a 12-month Wholesale & Retail SETA-funded Learnership. These individuals will play an exciting role in growing their careers in the JD Group (Bradlows, Russells, Rochester and Sleepmasters).
We are offering candidates a great opportunity to enter the World of Work. This program’s major goal is to develop individuals who will bring their potential to the organisation.
The successful candidates will gain experience in many areas of wholesale and retail. We are offering Learnerships in the Retail Sector in all 9 provinces.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers on the shop floor (Customer service)
- Marketing and Merchandising, and maintain displays
- English language fundamentals
- Math fundamentals
- Recording transactions and processing payments on the POS System
- Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
- Opening new accounts
- Maintaining and controlling stock losses
Requirements:
- Have a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Be a South African citizen with NO criminal record
