How to Cancel HFPA Courses

There are major reasons students change/cancel their course and study or rather request an inter-college transfer form from their current university to another university:

You must complete theĀ Cancellation of the Registration formĀ and submit it to your faculty office.

Below are the steps for canceling a Subject(s) at the Health and Fitness Professionals Academy (HFPA).

STEP 1:

To cancel a subject, you will need the HFPA Subject Cancellation Form.

STEP 2:

Download the form and fill out all the information

STEP 3:

You must provide the correct information for all the available fields before submitting the form

N/B: If you withdraw from individual courses with a minimum duration of one semester, any fee reduction depends upon the withdrawal date. Details can be obtained from the fees office.
