Catering Management / Food Preparation And Cookery / Professional Cookery.
To be eligible for the internship applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Only applicants in need of practical experience to obtain a qualification will be considered.
- Unemployed applicants, No relevant workplace experience, previous practical training, or internship.
- Interested candidates should apply in writing on a covering letter, Z83(Download Here) form and must include certified copies of a South African identity document and a recently updated CV.
- The period of program will run for two consecutive years.
Stipend: The Intern Will Receive A Stipend According To The Level Of Qualification Obtained:
R4771 Per Month For A Higher Certificate / Advanced National Certificate On NQF
Or
R5729 Per Month For A National Diploma On NQF6.
