College of the Transfiguration Online Late Application Form 2025 

Applications for late entry are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Postgraduate, Undergraduate, Diploma, and Certificate programs of the College of the Transfiguration for the 2025  academic year.

College of the Transfiguration is innovative in its approach, providing a holistic tertiary education experience. It offers accredited Postgraduate, Undergraduate, certificate, and diploma studies through career-oriented programs.

The Admissions office at the College of the Transfiguration is responsible for:

  • Welcoming all first-time entry applicants to the College;
  • Assisting faculties in meeting their enrolment targets by admitting applicants who can succeed at the College.
  • Providing admission and academic program advice to all prospective applicants as well as parents who want their children to study at the College of the Transfiguration;
  • Assisting applicants with application forms and booklets with information on academic programs, requirements, and duration of the academic program. Applicants must observe these requirements before they apply to study at the College of the Transfiguration.

College of the Transfiguration Courses Offered

BACHELOR OF THEOLOGY
  • The Bachelor of Theology (ID 90914) is a 480-credit higher education program accredited and registered on the Higher Education Qualification Sub-Framework (HEQSF) by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) at level 8. The duration of the program is four (4) years.
2.  DIPLOMA IN THEOLOGY
  • The Diploma in Theology (ID 92059) is the bedrock standard qualification for the ordained ministry of the Anglican Church of Southern Africa. As such it is offered as a basic qualification for any prospective candidates for the ordained ministry and also for prospective theologians. It is a 360-credit higher education program accredited and registered on the HEQSF by SAQA at level 6. The duration of the program is three (3) years.
3.  ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN MINISTRY
  • The Advanced Diploma in Ministry (ID 99576) is a qualification intended to provide prospective candidates for the ministry in the church with professional preparation for ministry. It offers an intense, focused, and applied interaction with theological disciplines to provide graduates with a deep and systematic understanding of current thinking, practice, theory, and methodology concerning ministerial praxis within an Anglican environment. 

College of the Transfiguration Application Requirements

  2. South African applicants will need an ID number.  Foreign applicants will need their passport numbers.
  3. You will need to pay an application fee (if applicable).
