Purpose

To assist the Division: IDP, Performance & Risk Management with the performance of various tasks,
e.g.

  • performance management-related duties,
  • compliance-related duties,
  • IDP-related duties,
  • execution of procedural and administrative requirements,
  • creating awareness and encouraging participation by various departments and/or divisions in order to ensure that strategic and development objectives are accomplished, and
  • provision of general administrative support, as and when required

Requirements:

  • National Diploma (or higher) in Internal Audit, Performance Management, MunicipalManagement, Public Administration, Public Management or any equivalent qualification
  • A certified copy of academic records with results must accompany the application
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the WesternCape Province
