What is ASEFYLS?
The ASEF Young Leaders Summit, or ASEFYLS, connects young people from Asia and Europe. It focuses on three key areas: self-leadership, team leadership, and societal leadership. Participants learn to spark curiosity, drive innovation, and understand different cultures.
ASEFYLS 2026 centers on anticipatory leadership. This means using future trends to make smart choices today. You will study signals of change and adapt to build fair, lasting societies.
Programme Theme: Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future
This year’s theme is “Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future.” You will learn to spot trends and weak signals early. The program covers strategic foresight, systems thinking, and the ethics of tech like AI.
It also stresses inclusive and sustainable leadership. Expect talks on how technology shapes fair decisions and community good.
