Application Criteria:
- The applicant must reside within the Cape Metropolitan Area.
- The application is open to individuals in possession of a national senior certificate as their highest level of qualification and those currently in the process of acquiring it.
- The applicant must between the ages of 17-25 years old.
- The applicant must be academically strong.
- There must be evidence of a financial need.
